DETROIT – A Wayne County Prosecutor's Office spokeswoman says Judge Wade H. McCree claims a woman was stalking and trying to extort him.
Spokeswoman Maria Miller says the Prosecutor's Office has investigated the allegations and decided not to take criminal action against the woman.

The matter is being handed over to the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission.
Judge McCree serves Wayne County Circuit Court.
