NOVI, Mich. – Novi police are hoping the public can help track down a bank robber.
Police have released surveillance pictures of a robber who struck a Chase bank Thursday afternoon at Eight Mile and Haggerty roads.

Police said the man handed the a bank teller a note implying he had a weapon and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police described the suspect as white, between 50 and 60 years of age, 6 feet to 6 feet 6 inches tall with a thin build. He was wearing a black t-shirt, camouflage pants and a tan or white baseball cap with an unknown dark colored design.
