DETROIT – A giant "Outsource to Detroit" banner on the side of 1001 Woodward in Detroit fell Monday as high winds swept through the city.

The banner fell to Campus Martius where it had to be hauled away.
The 10-story banner has become a familiar symbol in downtown Detroit since Galax-E Solutions put it up a few years ago.
