WATERFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. - A purse snatcher who was caught on camera robbing a 90-year-old woman at Meijer store in Waterford Township has pleaded guilty.
In July, Deborah Simmons was caught on store cameras walking away with the victim's cart from the produce section.
She left the purse behind, but took more than $1,000 in cash and credit cards that were inside.
