Blast off is slotted for 12:31 p.m. from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

About 10 minutes after the launch, the rocket’s first stage will separate and head back to Earth to make an upright landing.

The Dragon will bring more than 6,400 pounds of science experiments, hardware and supplies to the ISS.

If the mission is scrubbed, the next launch window will be Saturday.
