Stray pup in Dearborn confused with being a miniature kangaroo

1-year-old 'mighty mite' named Victory by Friends for the Dearborn Animal Shelter

DEARBORN, Mich. – A Dearborn woman recently looked out her window and saw what she believed to be a miniature kangaroo hopping around her yard. Turns out it was no kangaroo, but a 1-year-old Chihuahua with severely malformed front legs. The pup, named Victory, had no paws and was forced to walk on her hind legs. Victory was taken in by the Friends for the Dearborn Animal Shelter where doctors have determined not much can be done for her surgically.
