DETROIT – A suspicious package found Monday at the Rosa Parks Transit Center in downtown Detroit ended up being a suitcase with clothes inside of it.

The Rosa Parks Transit Center is a major hub for Detroit Department of Transportation buses. It is situated at the corner of Cass and Michigan avenues.
Police blocked off traffic at the intersection while the Detroit Bomb Squad was at the scene.
After the Bomb Squad examined the package, a police officer opened it up. It was a suitcase. Clothes fell out of it and onto the sidewalk.
