Very cold start Wednesday with sunshine later

High temps across metro Detroit will be in mid-20s

Wednesday morning will be a very cold one for Detroiters as many head back to work.  Car heaters are a must as temps start around 10 degrees with wind chills below and near zero.  Fortunately, it  will be mostly sunny.  Highs will be near 25.

Wednesday night will become frigid again with lows in the lower teens.  Residents must remember to keep space heaters away from anything flamable.

Thursday has a chance of snow showers with highs in the upper 20s.  Many areas will receive a dusting, at least, to keep travel a bit tricky.

Sunshine returns Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Skies will be partly to mostly sunny with morning lows in the low 20s and afternoon highs near 30.
