John Dingell has spent more time in Congress than anyone in history, and Devin Scillian was in Washington, D.C. for the celebration on Thursday.

DEARBORN, Mich. - Rep. John Dingell could reveal whether or not he will run for another term in Congress on Monday.

According to published reports, the Democrat was still weighing his options as of late last week.

Dingell is the longest-serving member of Congress in history.

He has been in Congress since 1955.

He remains sharp and deeply involved, but battles lingering physical ailments.

John Dingell is 87-years-old.
