Woman found dead in vacant Detroit house was shot to death

Dynasty Myles died from gunshot wound

DETROIT – Local 4 has learned that a gunshot wound is the cause of death for a woman whose body was found in a vacant Detroit home.

Police said the body of 23-year-old Dynasty Myles of Detroit was found last Tuesday on the city's west side.

It was found by a salt truck worker on Log Cabin Street.

Myles, who had a young daughter, had been missing since Jan. 1.

She was last reported seen at a restaurant near the near the Fairlane Town Center in Dearborn.

Officials say she had placed a carry-out order at the restaurant but never picked it up. Her car was found at the restaurant.

Police in Detroit and Dearborn are involved in the investigation.

Crime Stoppers of Michigan is offering a $1,000 reward for information in the case.
