DETROIT – A 53-year-old woman was killed while crossing a street Thursday night on Detroit's west side.
The woman was struck and killed at the corner of West Warren Avenue and Penrod Street. The driver did not stop.
Detroit police said they have tracked down the driver responsible. The driver is in custody, police said.
