A preliminary hearing to determine if the two will go to trial in the case was held in court on Wednesday.

Wimberly and Smith-Rush are accused of following a Range Rover from the MGM Grand Casino and eventually opening fire on the vehicle on Interstate 94 in Detroit

A man and woman were inside the vehicle at the time of the shooting and were both injured.

Today, that woman took the stand to testify against her alleged attackers. She was still wearing a cast on her arm from the injuries.

"There were two figures shooting at me and I'm feeling the bullets and I'm seeing the glass and I'm hearing it and I'm feeling it. There were two individuals shooting," said the female victim, who's identity was concealed.

A man who was expected to be a witness in this case was recently killed. Wimberly was arrested and charged in that case too.

The preliminary exam will continue on Monday, March 4.
