Donations requested to help care for dog found living on roof in Detroit

'Greer' the dog being cared for at Wilson Vet in Washington Township


DETROIT – Donations are being requested for a wounded dog who was found living on the roof of an abandoned house in Detroit.

The Detroit Animal Welfare Group (DAWG) said its rescuers took the dog, Greer, in on Wednesday. He's being cared for at Wilson Veterinary Hospital in Washington Township after it was discovered he had been shot with a BB gun.
