CANTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – The Michigan Bucks have enjoyed traveling to the Canton Cup Memorial Day Tournament for the past seven years.

In this year's edition, the Bucks came back in the 68th minute to tie up the match against the visiting Pittsburgh Riverhounds.

Bucks midfielder Will Roberts took the corner kick that was perched perfectly toward the top left corner of the net where midfielder Ken Tribbett was able to direct it in with a decisive header.

The local youth soccer teams and families enjoyed taking a break from their own competitions and watch the Bucks celebrate Memorial Day as well as a few being able to participate in walking out with the players during the introductions.

The Bucks' PDL home field is normally at Ultimate Sports Arena in Pontiac but they enjoy traveling to the Canton Cup and other locations. They will play at Saline High School on Saturday, June 7 at 7:30 p.m. against K-W United FC.

The fans who have been unable to get to Pontiac or may be new to the PDL scene get the opportunity at these home-away-from-home fields to see their Michigan team play. Fans had a chance to be with their families with summer finally here and enjoy the great atmosphere of food, fun and play at the Canton Cup, a tournament organizers have been putting on for the past 32 years.
