SWIMMING: NBC Daytime features swimming heats for the men’s 4x200m relay which the U.S. has won the past 3 Olympics, and the 100m freestyle featuring 2012 champion Nathan Adrian, who won a gold medal in the 4x100m relay on Sunday night.

BEACH VOLLEYBALL: Team USA’s Lauren Fendrick and Brooke Sweat face gold medal favorite Larissa/Talita of Brazil, and on the men's side, Team USA’s Phil Dalhausser and Nick Lucena face Mexico in the prelims.

WATER POLO: Team USA's men's team takes on Spain

INDOOR VOLLEYBALL: Men’s USA Volleyball plays against Italy.

SWIMMING: Michael Phelps gets his rematch against London winner Chad le Clos of South Africa in 200m butterfly final. He then will attempt to help Team USA win a fourth consecutive gold in the men’s 4x200m freestyle relay.

Katie Ledecky and Missy Franklin compete in the highly anticipated women’s 200m freestyle final.

GYMNASTICS: Simone Biles leads the highly favored U.S. in pursuit of back-to-back women’s team titles.
