Detroit Lions pick up 5th-year option on TE Eric Ebron

DETROIT – The Detroit Lions announced today that they have exercised the fifth-year option on the contract of TE Eric Ebron.

Ebron, drafted by Detroit in 2014, caught 61 passes last year for 711 yards and one touchdown. He has seven touchdowns in his career.
