DETROIT – Could the Detroit Pistons be close to moving one of their main centerpieces?
ESPN's Brian Windhorst told The Jump on Wednesday that the Los Angeles Clippers have spoken to the Detroit Pistons about a DeAndre Jordan - Andre Drummond swap.
Until now, the Pistons have been quiet through the last week of trade frenzy in the NBA, leading up to the draft on Thursday night.
Windhorst mentions that the interest comes from the fact that Jordan is better defensively and Drummond is better offensively.
DeAndre Jordan averaged 12 points and nearly 14 rebounds per game last year, shooting 71 percent from the field.
