North Dakota State outlasted North Carolina Central 78-74 in the First Four Wednesday night and their reward is a matchup with Zion Williamson and overall No. 1 seed Duke.

The Eagles got double-digit scoring from four of their five starters, including a double-double from senior center Raasean Davis with 20 points and 16 rebounds, but saw little production from their bench (0 points over 16 minutes of playing time for five reserves).

The Bison will take on Duke, the top seed in the East Region, at 7:10 p.m. ET Friday in Columbia, South Carolina.
