All-clear given following London Olympics bus bomb scare

A bus was taken into quarantine following a bomb threat in London on day 2 of the Olympic games

LONDON - A bus was taken into quarantine Sunday morning after a bomb threat was called into the Stratford bus station in London during day 2 of the Olympic games.  The station was cleared just after 6am eastern time.  The "Knight Cam's" Tim Pamplin reported the targeted bus was number 86.  The bus and the rest of the station was evacuated.

There was a massive influx of police officers who responded to the scene quickly.  The threat claimed there was an explosive device on the bus.  However, a bomb-sniffing dog found nothing.  Things were back up and running within 30 minutes.  Stay tuned with Local 4 and ClickOnDetroit throughout the day for update from Tim Pamplin.
