DETROIT – Ben Bailey and the Local4Casters want to help keep you and your family safe during severe weather.
That’s why we’re holding a Weather Radio Day on Wednesday, May 18 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Meijer store in Warren.
Come out and meet Local 4’s meteorologists, Ben Bailey, Brandon Roux, Andrew Humphrey and Paul Gross.
Experts will be on hand to help program the radios to work in whatever county you live in.
The radios are ready! @Local4Brandon and @Local4Ben are live on @Local4News at 12, 4, 5 and 6pm @Meijer in Warren! pic.twitter.com/8g3TdEMOdM

The public can purchase these weather radios at a discounted price from Meijer and ABC Warehouse stores in southeast Michigan all summer long.
The weather radios also work in parts of Ontario because Environment Canada uses the same type of warning system as the U.S. National Weather Service.
