Snap Inc., the company behind the popular smart phone app Snapchat, has released a new multifunctioning product- goggles.
Snapchat’s new goggles, called Spectacles, are sunglasses with a built-in wireless video camera.
The built-in camera has a 115-degree field of view, which is wider than the average cellphone camera.
The sunglasses can record up to 30 seconds of video at a time, and the frame also has built-in lights inside and outside the frame to let others know that you’re recording.
Footage taken from the glasses can be uploaded directly to the user’s Snapchat account, or to a folder.
