INDEPENDENCE TOWNSHIP, Mich. – The northbound I-75 entrance and exit ramps to and from Sashabaw Road in Independence Township will close due to construction Friday.
According to the Road Commission for Oakland County, the work is weather dependent, and the closure schedule is subject to changes.

Exits 89A and 89B from I-75 to Sashabaw Road will be closed in addition to the entrance ramp to I-75 from Sashabaw Road.
RCOC added the entrance to the parking lot on Sashabaw Road just north of I-75 will be closed for short periods but will remain accessible.
Northbound and southbound traffic on Sashabaw Road will be maintained during the work; however, motorists can expect delays.
