After Dark: Summer Solstice - Kick off your summer right with After Dark: Summer Solstice at the Michigan Science Center! For the first time at our "thinking person's happy hour", we will have our entire exhibit floor and planetarium open... and yes, you can bring your drinks in the planetarium!

Friday, June 17:

Light Up the Riverfront 2016! Join us for our 5th Annual Light Up the Riverfront event! This chill BYOB & BBQ event has a new location and date this year! This Friday night event, will take place at one of the riverfront's best kept secret spots, Gabriel Richard Park!

Tec-Troit Electronic Music Festival 2016 - Tec-Troit is proud to be Detroit's ONLY 3 day FREE all ages electronic music festival. This grassroots event will be our 6th year and we continue to defy the odds of keeping our event free for all our Tec-Troiters.
