Hit-and-run driver charged with killing 22-year-old MSU student has fled the country

The FBI says the driver charged with hitting and killing a 22-year-old Michigan State student has left the country. Police say Tubtim Howson hit Benjamin Kable in the early hours of new years day and days later took off to Thailand.
