Secret recordings, assaults lead to long prison term for ‘sadistic’ Oakland County doctor

Dr. Oumair Aejaz, an Oakland County doctor, was sentenced to 35-60 years in prison after pleading no contest to 31 counts of sexual misconduct, including secretly recording and assaulting patients, some as young as two years old. The investigation began in August 2024 after his wife reported finding incriminating videos, leading authorities to uncover over 13,000 recordings of victims, including unconscious patients in hospital settings.
