A Livonia man allegedly put on a hazmat suit and terrorized his neighbors. Here's what we know

Manuel Sarkis Bardakjian, a 40-year-old Livonia resident, was charged with multiple felonies after allegedly attempting to break into two neighborhood homes while wearing a white hazmat suit. In the first incident, he reportedly assaulted a 31-year-old woman, and in the second, he allegedly threatened a 77-year-old man with a firearm. Bardakjian, who lives near both victims, pleaded not guilty and is on house arrest with a GPS tether. His attorney states the behavior is out of character following a serious car accident and head injury last year.
