Metro Detroit weather: Another band of snow coming, Feb. 13, 2020, noon update
We continue to grind out some snow, but it will trend lighter and become more scattered as we progress through the afternoon. The bigger story now is temperature: once that cold front crosses your area, temperatures will quickly drop. So, even though we started the day near 30 degrees (-1 degree Celsius), it’ll only be in the low to mid 20s (-5 degree Celsius) by the end of the afternoon (and even colder north of M-59). West to northwest winds increasing to 10 to 15 mph will make it feel even colder this afternoon.
