DETROIT – There is a little bit of light rain on radar in parts of Southeastern Michigan, but most of us won't see a drop this Thursday. Temperatures in the mid 50s to start with mostly cloudy skies will improve once again into the low 70s this afternoon. Mostly cloudy skies will dominate today with the heaviest rain south in Ohio and a few scattered light rain showers in the Thumb.
Friday looks great as our stretch of beautiful weather continues. Expect another day in the low 70s with partly sunny skies and breezy conditions at times with winds North 5-15 mph. The next chance for rain and/or thundershowers comes in Sunday. One computer model brings a few showers in Saturday afternoon but it doesn't look convincing. So by late afternoon Sunday, the skies will darken and the showers and storms will begin to come into our area. It looks like the rain could last into the early part of Monday.
