Weekend to have mix of sun, clouds in Metro Detroit

Some isolated showers to move through Metro Detroit

DETROIT – Mostly cloudy skies this evening and overnight with a few isolated showers but they're mainly well north and south of Metro Detroit.

Overnight lows will dip down to near 60 degrees and rain showers will be most present south of our border down into Northern Indiana and Ohio.

Saturday will be a mix of sun and clouds with highs in the mid to upper 70s and only a slight chance for a few late afternoon or evening sprinkles. Most of the day will be dry with NW winds 7-11 mph. Sunday will be slightly cooler with lows in the 50s and highs in the mid 70s. No rain is expected anywhere near SE Michigan Sunday or Monday.

Tuesday is the big primary election day and there will be a few scattered storms in the area. Stay tuned for the updated forecast.
