Mostly dry and cooler Wednesday

Expect a few scattered late afternoon or evening showers

DETROIT – Most of your Wednesday is looking dry and cooler with highs in the mid 70s under partly sunny skies.

If we can break through the clouds for a while this afternoon, some of our Metro Detroit neighborhoods could hit upper 70s to near 80 degrees but we do expect a cooler day today.

We will see a few scattered late afternoon or evening showers later today but mainly in our northern communities from Lapeer and Port Huron north into the Thumb.

Comfortable sleeping weather for the next few nights with cooler and drier air in place for a short while.

Thursday and Friday looks great with temps in the upper 70s to low maybe 80s (Friday) and still lower humidity. Friday will be a bit warmer to end the work week with only slightly higher humidity and plenty of sunshine is expected both Thursday and Friday.

Computer models show a few storms possible late on Saturday and the potential for some heavier showers and storms Sunday. It's still early and we will keep you updated. Get your complete 7 Day forecast on clickondetroit.com and on the Weather links:
