Humid Saturday night, more thunderstorms Sunday in Metro Detroit

Lows fall into 60s

DETROIT – Showers and thunderstorms visit Detroit for the weekend. It will be warm and a bit humid with fall-like conditions returning afterward.   

Saturday night will be warm and muggy with lows in the upper 60s. 

Sunday will have more storm clouds with chances of heavy rain, lightning strikes and loose wind-blown debris. Highs will return to the low 80s. Families and event organizers will need to have an indoor Plan B in their pockets.

Monday feels like fall, again. It will be breezy with morning lows in the 50s and afternoon highs near 70. Tuesday and Wednesday will be sunnier and warmer, but temps will remain below average. Afternoon readings will be in the middle and upper 70s instead of near 85 degrees.
