DETROIT – Damp and murky weather is in the forecast for Detroit and Southeast Michigan for the next few days. Despite this, temperatures will be above freezing; even above average for the middle of December. It will feel more like early March.

Sunday evening will be just as wet for music fans going to enjoy the sounds of Andrea Bocelli in downtown Detroit at the Detroit Opera House. Temperatures will remain in the 40s.

Sunday night will remain above freezing with drizzle and lows near 40 degrees.

Monday will be milder despite mostly gray skies. Highs will be in the middle and upper 40s for folks going back to work and school. Afternoon readings will reach the 40s, again, on Tuesday with a better chance or rain showers during the day. As colder air arrives Tuesday evening, the rain will mix with snow. Then snow showers are possible Tuesday night and early Wednesday.

Thursday and Friday get colder again with partly to mostly sunny skies. Highs will be in the 30s. Lows will be in the 20s.
