Clear on Tuesday, but still very cold

Dry conditions on the roads

DETROIT – Morning lows are frigid in the single digits for most of us around Metro Detroit with dry conditions as you hit the roads.

We are tracking light snow in far Western Lower Michigan but no snow is expected here today.

Highs will only climb into the low and mid 20s again with a mix of sun and clouds.

A Blizzard continues hitting the East Coast causing major dangerous problems throughout the day. We'll have updates and travel information on clickondetroit.com.

Back here tomorrow, temps will start to slowly climb into the upper 20s or near 30 degrees after another cold start.

We may start near the upper single digits or low teens, but plenty of Wednesday sunshine will warm us nicely.

Snow showers are on the way Thursday.

High temps may briefly hit the mid 30s which could switch light snow into a wintry mix.

But we expect light snow in the morning and into the afternoon.

What happens in between with any rain included, will cut into snow chances.

Still, we expect at least an inch or maybe two on Thursday.
