Showers diminish Saturday evening in Southeast Michigan and in East Lansing for the Oregon Ducks-Michigan State Spartans football game at Spartans Stadium. Wearing more than two layers (sweatshirt and jacket) is a good idea with temperatures falling to the middle then low 50s by 11pm and midnight.
Saturday night will go from mostly cloudy to partly cloudy, and it becomes chilly. Overnight lows will be in the middle and upper 40s.
Sunday will be sunnier, and temperatures in the afternoon will climb slightly higher. The daytime mercury will rise to the middle and upper 60s. Happy Rosh Hashanah! Sundown will be at 7:49pm ET.
Monday and much of next week will become warmer. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will have ample sunshine. High temps will be in the low 70s Monday, the upper 70s Tuesday and near 80 degrees Wednesday.
