DETROIT – Well, it's a little more of the same today: Hazy sunshine and a few waves of harmless high clouds.
Highs in the upper 70s are very reachable today as we end the work and school week.
The weekend looks calm with a bit more cloud cover coming into view.
Temps Saturday and Sunday will stay in the low 70s with partly sunny skies. Model data suggests a slight chance for a shower Sunday but it doesn't look like much. Stay tuned as we head through the day and weekend and more data makes it clearer. Again now, we'll call it a slight chance for a late morning shower Sunday with mostly cloudy skies.
We really could use the rain… there is a slight chance for a light shower Monday but it doesn't look like much. It may be the middle of next week before we get a legitimate shot of rain. Right now, a cold front next Tuesday night and Wednesday is our best rain chance ahead. Get the FREE Local4Casters Weather and Storm Pins apps to stay ahead of any storms.
