Warmer temps this week in metro Detroit
DETROIT – We'll see more clouds than sun especially this morning, and a mix of clouds and sun through your afternoon.
Highs may struggle to hit 70 degrees, but mid to upper 60s through most of the afternoon to near 70 degrees with a long enough break from the clouds.
Winds will be light NE/SE 5-10 mph.
Tomorrow will be another day where we take a shot at 70 degrees or warmer.
Clouds are the big variable where one computer model keeps clouds and a few showers in the picture Tuesday in the late morning and early afternoon in our northern counties.
We'll keep an eye, but for most expect partly sunny skies with highs around 70 degrees and light winds W 5-10 mph.
Wednesday and most of Thursday look nice and dry with some Fall sunshine and highs trying to climb into the upper 60s and low 70s. A cold front brings rain and thunder chances late Thursday and early Friday. Rain and temperature drops late this week and we want you to get the FREE Local4Casters Weather and Storm Pins apps to stay ahead of any storms.
