Temps in the 60s with plenty of sunshine today

DETROIT – Cool, but not as chilly today and that sets the stage for a fabulous Friday.

We are well into the 60s later today with plenty of sunshine to end the work and school week.

Surface winds are still NE turning East 5-10 mph so, slightly cooler east and north of Detroit.

Weekend temps will be near 70 degrees, sunny, and dry. Even morning lows are rising and won’t dip lower than the 40s for most around Metro Detroit and the Windsor Area.

A weak and mostly dry cool front will be blowing through on Monday evening bringing a very slight chance at a quick shower Monday night or early Tuesday.

It’s looking less and less likely we’ll get wet through which is not necessarily good.

It’s a dry looking couple of weeks ahead and we could always use the April showers.
