Clear, cool Thursday night across metro Detroit

Sunny Friday ahead

Rain is back on hiatus, but we’re used to that. Temperatures will start moving closer to average for early June.

Tonight, mostly clear skies will last through sunrise. Temperatures will be slightly cooler, with lows in the mid 50s.

Friday, we’ll finish the shortened work week with plenty of sunshine. Highs will reach close to 80 degrees.  Humidity will remain low with light northwest winds.

Now to the weekend… We’ll start out dry with partly cloudy skies. Highs again will be near 80 in the afternoon.  That’s when clouds will increase, ahead of some scattered showers in the evening. Not everyone will get wet. So check our interactive radar on the Local 4Casters app if you’re heading out on Saturday night.

Sunday is the better chance of rain, starting in the morning. That will also keep us cooler with highs in the mid 70s.

Expect even cooler weather for early next week. Those numbers are in the 10 Day Forecast.
