Patchy fog across Metro Detroit with temps in the 80s later

A little patchy fog this morning with decent temps in the 60s as you head out early on this Friday.

Hazy sun and fog leading to mostly sunny skies and highs hitting the mid to upper 80s this afternoon and a bit muggy. Rain chances will be most likely in our South Zone near the Ohio border. A stray shower or two may try to creep up along I-94, but spotty showers at best will be mainly south.

Friday will bring a little more humidity as temps take aim at 90 degrees. A few more clouds and a few isolated showers may keep temps just shy of that mark but it will be warm and sticky tomorrow.

Changes come in Saturday with showers and storms by the late afternoon or evening. A cold front bringing the showers will slowly pass and keep storm chances around through the overnight and into early Sunday. Some areas will get a good soaking and there is a Marginal Risk for Severe Weather late Saturday. Highs will be in the low to mid 80s depending on the arrival of rain.

It will be cooler Sunday after the cold front passes and afternoon highs will only hit the mid to upper 70s. Rain should be done mid morning with nothing more than an isolated shower midday.  It will be noticeably cooler start to next week in the 70s for several days.
