Our North Zone is under a Dense Fog Advisory until 10am mainly along and north of I-69 with very limited visibility and dangerous traveling conditions. Patchy fog elsewhere so be careful early on as you head out into very mild temps in the mid 50s to low 60s. Sun mixed with high clouds and very warm again today with mid 70s to near 80 degrees this afternoon. A light breeze SSE 5-10 mph and the only real rain threat late afternoon and evening will be in parts of Livingston and Lapeer counties north.
Friday looks dry all day as we watch more showers west of Metro Detroit slowly working toward us. Temps will again be warm ahead of the front in the mid 70s to near 80 degrees three days in a row. High clouds increase into the afternoon and showers should arrive late Friday and early Saturday. The timeframe now looks like 8 or 9pm Friday through 5 or 6am at the latest Saturday.
So Saturday will be noticeably cooler, but bright and sunny. Most of the day Saturday around Detroit will be spent in the upper 50s and low 60s with slightly warmer numbers Sunday which will be a beautiful day.
