Friday evening will have mostly to partly cloudy skies. The afternoon flurries and snow showers north of M-59 will diminish as it gets colder. Temperatures will be in the 20s.

Make sure your heaters are working and bring pets indoors Friday night. Families will need their winter coats before going out to dinner or the movies or both. Overnight lows will be in the middle and upper teens. Even a light wind of 5 to 10 mph will cause wind chills to drop in the single digits.

Saturday will be sunnier and not as cold. People will still need their coats and jackets. Skies will be mostly sunny with afternoon temperatures in the mid 30s; just below average.

Sunday will be partly sunny and milder as high pressure slides to the east and the wind blows from the southwest. Daytime tempratures to rise to the middle and upper 40s.

A warm front and then cold front will arrive Monday and Tuesday. It will feel like spring, again, with highs in the upper 50s and low 60s. However, rain is likely both days with thunderstorms Tuesday.
