DETROIT – Detroit is looking more like Seattle Friday, but rain slowly comes to an end. It remains chillier than average, but sunshine will return by Sunday.

Friday evening remains soggy. A good strip of steady rainfall remains in our North, Metro and South Zones from Port Huron through Macomb County, Detroit and Monroe County from Friday afternoon through dinnertime. Temps remain on the chilly side where its wet; in the mid 40s. It's not as chilly where it's drier. The West Zone (Ann Arbor, western Oakland County and Livingston County) is near 50 degrees.
Friday night gets chillier with overnight lows in the upper 30s and low 40s. Skies will be cloudy. Rain comes to an end or dwindles to a trickle after midnight.
Saturday will be mostly cloudy with peeks of sunshine here and there. Jackets will still be needed with highs in the low to mid 50s. There's a slight chance of scattered light rain showers, but nothing as widespread nor as heavy as Thursday and Friday.
Break out your sunglasses Sunday. Skies will be mostly sunny. It remains cooler than average with highs in the mid 50s.
Monday will be mostly sunny, and it'll be milder. Highs in near 60 degrees.
Tuesday will be partly sunny and mild with highs in the low 60s.
