DETROIT – Another cool start with a lot of upper 40s to low 50s as you head out and about on this Tuesday morning here in Metro Detroit.
Conditions are dry for now, but a few spotty showers are possible through the day. It will be another mostly cloudy, cool, and breezy day with temps in the mid to upper 60s and isolated rain chances mainly areas east of US 23. Still, our West Zone may see a few rain and/or thundershowers midday today And, our North Zone may not get out of the 50s today with winds NNW 7-17 mph gusting over 20 mph at times. Again, most of the showers will fade as they move in making them very light and spotty.
Temperatures will be similar Wednesday morning in the 40s to low 50s. Sunshine will become a bigger part of your Hump Day and will help bring afternoon temps back into the low 70s. We may start out with clouds and early, but sunny skies should take over through the afternoon. The winds are a bit lighter but still breezy NNE 5-15 mph.
More warm air moves in Thursday through the weekend. Metro Detroit will be back into the mid to maybe upper 70s Thursday with mostly sunny skies. We do have a chance for scattered rain and thundershowers Friday late morning into the afternoon, but most of the weekend ahead looks dry. In fact, Metro Detroit will see 80s Saturday and a shot at 90 degrees Sunday and Monday. Stay ahead of Spring Storms with our Local4Casters app.
