DETROIT – Another push of wet weather is headed our way.
The 4 Live Radar has been tracking widespread rain in West Michigan. Even though we’ll see a few scattered showers during the evening commute, the persistent rain should hold off until after sunset in most locations. Lows are headed to the low 40s.
A few showers will be around Wednesday, too. The best chances will be midday and any showers will be scattered with plenty of dry breaks between. It will be noticeably colder, as highs won't make it out of the 40s in most spots. Winds will be a bit lighter, too.
Wednesday night, we will turn our attention back to the thermometer, where some spots will slip below freezing. Right now, it looks like there will be enough wind to keep frost away, but it will be a close call. Lows will range from the mid-30s in our Metro and South Zone, with the low 30s elsewhere.
We will get a bit of a bump in temperatures Thursday and Friday, but a more consistent cold streak will arrive by the weekend. Check out the 10-day forecast for more.
