SUNRISE: 7:39 a.m.

Unfortunately, the clouds will stick around for one more day and we may even get a few areas of afternoon drizzle after 2pm. Don’t worry about or count on rain today, it will be barely noticeable and mostly dry most of today. High temps will take aim at 50F but may fall just short due to our mostly cloudy skies. The winds will start picking up midday into the afternoon WSW 5-15 mph gusting 15-20 mph.

SUNSET: 5:03 p.m.

Small Business Saturday will be a beauty around Metro Detroit after a chilly start below freezing. Look for lots of sun mixed with a few clouds and highs in the mid to upper 40s. Sunday will be similar with sun and clouds and upper 40s to near 50F.

Monday and Tuesday will be big weather days around Metro Detroit with a storm on the way. We will have temps near 40F Monday as a storm moves up from the south. If it gets here during the day, it looks like a rain and snow mix changing to rain. But there will be plenty of moisture left as the temps cool late Monday into Tuesday when we could see accumulating snow. Stay tuned.
