DETROIT - Happy Thanksgiving!

The ride to grandma's house will be a breeze -- dry roads and chilly conditions. Speaking of which, breezes from the southwest will bring milder air for shoppers on Friday.

Thursday evening will be chilly and will become partly cloudy. It remains dry with temperatures in the middle and upper-30s.

Thursday night will be colder under fair skies. Overnight lows will be in the 20s to near 30 degrees. Any bargain-hunters spending the night outside their favorite store will need be careful and keep warm with heaters and tents. Keep any devices away from anything flammable.
