DETROIT - Local 4 radar is tracking showers Thursday morning.

Showers arrive with lows in the 60s.  AM rush hour roads will be slick, but people can save money on their water bill and electric bill.  Highs will be 10 degrees lower than average; in the low 70s.  Detroit Tigers' fans may have to wait for the afternoon game against the New York Yankees.

Cool and wet weather continues Thursday night and Friday.  Overnight lows will be in the 60s just like Friday's daytime highs.  Detroit will barely see 70 degrees.

Air conditioners can remain in the "Off" position this weekend.  Saturday will have lingering showers with highs in the low 70s.  Sunday will sunnier and warmer, but afternoon temps will be in the upper 70s, which is less than normal.
