DETROIT - A stable start to your Thursday and the good weather is going to stick around.

Although we expect some sunshine this morning, expect only partly sunny skies this afternoon. Looking pretty nice for the Tiger game at 1:08 p.m. today as clouds increase and cool breezes NW 7-17 mph will keep highs around 72°.

Friday will be partly sunny as well with highs again in the upper 60s to near 70°. There is a slight chance for a few light showers Friday afternoon from a storm maker off to the east. Don't expect much more than a late afternoon sprinkle or very light shower tomorrow.

The weekend looks dry and warmer with tons of sunshine.

Saturday sunshine will bring highs into the low and mid 70s and we should duplicate that forecast Sunday.

Right now, Memorial Day will include a few showers. Models have been split on rain chances, but the most recent data suggests scattered rain and thundershowers as highs get to near 80° on Memorial Day.
