4 Live Radar is clean this afternoon. If a thunderstorm is able to pop, it will likely be in our far South Zone, close to the Ohio state line. Most of us will stay dry, but hot and humid (although the humidity is a bit lower than yesterday afternoon). Lows will drop to near 70.
An Air Quality Alert has been posted for much of southeast Michigan on Friday. Plenty of sunshine will be around with similar amounts of humidity. Temperatures will peak near 90 with heat index readings in the low-to-mid 90s. We should remain storm-free until very late Friday night, closer to daybreak on Saturday morning.
That's not the end of our storm chances (or the heat and humidity). Check the 10 Day Forecast for some relief.
