DETROIT – Hot time in Detroit Thursday! After highs near or above 90°F, temps are in the 80s in the evening. More hot weather for the first day and weekend of fall.

Air conditioners may need to remain "On." Overnight lows in the middle and upper 60s. Saturday and Sunday keep above average temps. Daytime highs will be in the middle and upper 80s both days. Lions fans can tailgate and gather to cheer and celebrate with Honolulu blue T-shirts, not sweatshirts. Monday and Tuesday will be mostly sunny and very warm with highs between 80 and 85 degrees.
